#Imperial cad title block template how to

When I insert some of my Annotative Blocks (Section marks and Labels, etc.), some insert scaled up 25.4 (which is what I want) and others don't. Mostly we work in Imperial and so the blocks were drawn in Imperial units. I've also been working on setting up Annotative and Dynamic Blocks. There wasn't a metric template so I created one.
